Manchester Museum
The Manchester Museum is owned by the University of Manchester and it is one of the top university museums in the U.K. Here you have acces to about six million items from every continent of the globe. The museum was helped by the Manchester Society of Natural Histoty, and by the Geological Society. They brought different collections at the museum, collections witch made the museum a very visited place,tourists all over the world coming here to see the exposed items.
Later,this great society witch helped the museum to develop had financial difficulties and the Owen's College, in our days, the University of Manchester, took the responsability for the collections.
